HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
I am straight forward and encourage open and honest communication between us so we can reach your goals in the best possible way. I am here to give you the chance to steer clear of commercial gyms where trainers are not paid fairly and as a result, don't give you the specific training you need.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I am a believer in bodyweight workouts, but I also believe it is important to have some equipment for mobility and functional purposes. If you have the ability to train in a gym, I would highly suggest that, or if you are able to purchase some at-home gym equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc. then that would work out well for your training needs.
