This is how you'll achieve specific goals through custom programming. We will meet, online, for your sessions where you will be given cues and knowledge on how to consistently perform better. You will have your own personal hype woman and someone to hold you accountable throughout your journey.

This is for the gym goer who has some experience under their belt but is looking to add some new techniques for better performance. For anyone who has noticed that they aren't progressing the way they'd like to and aren't sure about what to do next. We will work together to help you achieve your goals!

6-Week Basics

$59.99

This package includes all you need to know about the basics in the gym. This is a resource to overcome your "gymtimidation" and walk in there confidently and ready to succeed. Over the course of these 6 weeks you will perform basic functional exercises. After 4 weeks you will be introduced to more advanced exercises to practice and prepare for your next fitness journey goal. This package also includes links to reference videos for you to follow along with.

Necessary equipment: Dumbbells, resistance bands, and access to a barbell if you don't already have one-other equipment like cables, an EZ bar and a bench would be useful but not necessary. Make sure you tell me what equipment you have if you don't plan on doing this program in a gym where all of this equipment is provided so I can modify it to fit your equipment needs.

6-Week Strength

$79.99

A step up from the basics with an even more focused approach. This is for the person who wants to build strength and the ability to move better in day to day life. With this program you will learn the fundamentals of strength training and see the products and benefits of strength training.

Necessary equipment: Barbell and dumbbells-other equipment like  cables, a squat rack/power rack, and bench would be useful but not necessary. Make sure you tell me what equipment you have if you don't plan on doing this program in a gym where all of this equipment is provided so I can modify it to fit your equipment needs.
